Clases de Ikebana Sogetsu
In this school, students of different levels share the same space,
each following their own pace and developing their personal expression.

2
Preparation
Each student receives flowers and materials according to their textbook, carefully selected to support their learning.
From Book 3 onward, students are required to choose their own vase from the available selection for their arrangement.
Scissors needed for the class are also provided if students do not bring their own.

3
EXPLanation and demonstration
The instructor gives demonstrations in front of the students, presenting essential techniques or seasonal arrangements.
During the demonstration, she also explains how to handle flowers that require special care.
The purpose is to learn from the instructor’s techniques and concepts.

4
INDIVIDUAL creation
Each student creates their own arrangement following their textbook. If any questions arise during the process, the instructor is available to offer guidance and support in a friendly and approachable way.

Revision and practice at home
5
Once their arrangement is complete, each student shows it to the instructor.
When approved, the instructor marks the corresponding lesson in the student’s textbook. Afterward, the student can take a photo of their work
The arrangement is then taken apart, and the materials are taken home so the student can practice and recreate the experience at home.
